The Alien Presence Education Program?

Just recently I was re-reading Jenny Randles book “The UFO conspiracy” when I came across a passage I had forgotten. It tells how Ms. Randles was having a conversation with a “source in the House of Lords” who told her that in essence there was an “education program” working to educate the general public on the subject of the reality of UFO’s and aliens. At the time I didn’t give it much thought, but in hindsight, I have come to think that what was said to her was the truth.

Over the last few years I have noticed that there has been a 180-degree turn in how the media covers the UFO and alien topics. For example the History Channel had several documentaries that tried to explain away some of the most well known cases by either changing the facts to fit their explanations or, ignoring the facts that don’t fit. Now, the History Channel has a “pro” UFO program called “The UFO Files”. Other educational networks are getting into the subject with the same “pro” look at the subject.

Even the Sci-Fi Channel has been getting into the subject with documentaries hosted by Bryant Gumbel on 3 major cases. More recently the Sci-Fi Channel aired a program called “Countdown to Doomsday” hosted by Matt Lauer, of the Today Show, in which there is a countdown of the top 10 causes of the end of the world or human life on the planet. One of the scenarios that are covered is an alien invasion. NYU theoretical physicist Michio Kaku and SETI senior astronomer Seth Shostak were on this program talking about the possibility of an invasion from another world.

Do we see a pattern here? And that’s just the most recent evidence to point to the education of the public. Referring once again to Ms. Randles book, she said she was told that none other than Stephen Spielberg was, and may still be a participant in this program, beginning with his movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”. It was also suggested that the funding for that movie, and for the movie “E.T. The Extraterrestrial” may have come from some clandestine source. And going even farther back in time, Walt Disney was even approached to do animated shows on the subject but they were canceled before they went anywhere.

I have discussed this with other people over the last few months, and it was pointed out to me that there has been a rise in the popularity of movies with aliens in them. Not all of the movies show aliens in a malevolent manor.

Not only are aliens showing up in the movie theaters but also on our T.V. screens. How many commercials have you noticed lately that have aliens or mentions aliens in them? In just the last 2 weeks I have seen 2 new commercials, one for a new mini van, and the other for beer. The use of aliens to sell products has been going on for several years now, not only on T.V. but also on roadside billboards.

When I was young, some of the best programs on T.V. were shows like “Lost in Space”, “The Invaders”, and “Star Trek”. Since then there have been countless space and alien related programs on T.V. that you didn’t have to be a sci-fi buff to enjoy.

Now I wish to point out something most people don’t realize. Do you know how many cartoons your children watch that have aliens in them? Try asking your children that question. You just might be surprised at what they tell you. Even on PBS they had a show for very small children that was centered on aliens. The Teletubbies were aliens that had their own flying saucer.

This is all just the tip of the iceberg. The evidence is mounting all the time and, the more I look the more I find. Now the big question is, just who is behind the “public awareness program”? Is it the government, or is there some other group or organization behind it? Personally I have no idea where to even look for that answer, or even where to start looking. But maybe someone out there knows and will come forward with the answers or knows where to find them.

So the next time you go to the movies, take a look and see what kind of films are being shown. And when you are looking through the T.V. Guide take a minute or two and see what kind of documentaries are being shown. Notice how many children’s shows there are that have aliens in them. When the commercials are on just watch a few and see how many you find with an alien or two in them. Then ask yourself, “Is there a program going on to make the idea of aliens and UFO’s more accepted?”
