The ICAR UFO Alien Phenomena chatroom was started by ICAR's national director and several of the other founding members of ICAR. The chat room provides a place where experiencers can come to chat with other experiencers. The chat room also serves the purpose of providing a support group for experiencers as well as providing a place where anyone interested in the UFO, and alien abduction topics can come to learn, share information, or just listen to the topics being discussed.
We at ICAR feel that the abduction/contact topic should be discussed openly and research done on these subjects should be legitimised and given due credibility. When you consider that abduction reports world-wide have reached into the millions its about time that the abduction phenomenon be taken seriously.
