There will not be a fee for joining I.C.A.R at this time. When such a time that the organizatoin starts to charge a fee for being a member you will be notified at that time, at that time you can either stay a member of the I.C.A.R or have your membership dropped. Your fees will be going to pay for such things as, printing a newsletter, paying for the web site, paying for the domain name, and paying for the research organization status. Any money that is left over will go towards sightings and abduction research.
